VizaFiz watches official visa portals and alerts you on Telegram and email when a slot or status changes. Here is what it covers, how it works and what it never does.
If you have applied for a German, Italian, Schengen or US visa from Pakistan, you know the routine: open the portal, refresh, find nothing, try again at midnight, and hope you are lucky. VizaFiz was built to end that routine. It is visa appointment alert software, designed, built and run by Neximo Studios.
VizaFiz in one paragraph
VizaFiz is a Windows app plus a website. The app watches an official visa portal page that you have opened and signed in to yourself, or a mission's public notice page. When something changes, such as a slot appearing or your status updating, it sends you an alert on Telegram and email. You then check the official portal and book yourself. In VizaFiz's own words, it is "software only: not a visa agent, never books, never submits."
Which visa routes does it cover?
According to the VizaFiz destinations page, coverage currently includes:
- Germany: the national (D) visa portal for status changes and deadline reminders, and Schengen waiting-list notices from German missions in Pakistan
- Italy: visa waiting-list notices from the Italian visa centres
- VFS Global slot alerts from your own logged-in account for Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Norway and Denmark
- United States: public consular notices
Each route has its own guide on the VizaFiz site, for example the Germany visa appointment guide and the Italy visa appointment guide.
How it works, step by step
- Create an account on the VizaFiz website and choose your routes
- Install the Windows app on your own computer
- Sign in to the official portal yourself; the app only reads that page
- Receive alerts, then verify and book on the official portal yourself
The full walkthrough is on the how it works page, and the Telegram setup guide shows how to connect alerts in about two minutes.
Two kinds of alert
VizaFiz separates certainty from possibility:
- Slot Open: a loud alarm for pages that have already been confirmed
- Portal Update: for new or unfamiliar pages, showing the portal's own words so you can judge for yourself
Every alert is treated as "possible availability". The official portal always has the final word.
AI that has to show its proof
VizaFiz can use AI to understand portal messages, but only with rules. You can add your own key from Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter or xAI Grok, or run a local model through Ollama. The AI must quote the exact sentence from the portal before an alert is sent. If it cannot, there is no alert. Without any AI key, the app still works. Read more on how VizaFiz checks alerts.
There is also the VizaFiz Assistant, which accepts questions in Roman Urdu or English and suggests a route, a checklist and waiting information from a reviewed knowledge pack.
What VizaFiz never does
This is the most important part, and we explain the reasons in Why VizaFiz never books or solves captchas:
- It never books appointments, submits forms or sells slots
- It never bypasses or solves captchas; if a captcha, OTP or block appears, the app pauses and you complete it
- It reads only short page text such as headings and status words, never form values, passports or documents
- It is not affiliated with any embassy, VFS Global, BLS/Intiana or CGI
Visa appointments are free on the official portals. Nobody should pay for one.
Plans
VizaFiz has three 30-day plans paid in PKR by bank transfer: Basic (PKR 8,000, one route), Plus (PKR 18,000, up to three routes) and VIP Agency (PKR 35,000, up to eight routes and two computers). All include Telegram and email alerts. Check the VizaFiz pricing page for current details.
Who built it?
VizaFiz is powered by Neximo Studios, a digital studio based in Karachi with an office in Dubai. We designed the product, built the website, the Windows app, the alert system and the AI checks, and we run it day to day. See the VizaFiz product page for the full story, or read how we built it.
