Refund Policy

Neximo Studios operates as a bespoke digital design, engineering, and marketing studio. Because our services involve dedicated technical and creative resource allocation, the following refund terms apply:

1. Project Deposits

Upfront project deposits secure dedicated studio schedule, discovery workshops, and technical architecture. Once discovery has taken place or creative design exploration has begun, initial deposits are non-refundable.

2. Milestone Approvals

Projects proceed through defined milestone gates (e.g., Wireframes Approved, Frontend Complete, Final Deployment). Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed and approved by the client, the corresponding milestone disbursement is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation Mid-Stream

If a client elects to pause or cancel a project prior to final deployment, billing is calculated strictly for hours and milestones completed up to the date of formal cancellation notice. Any unallocated balance from advance milestone payments will be refunded within 14 business days.

4. Quality Assurance & Revisions

We commit to client alignment through generous iterative revision rounds included in each tier. If you have concerns regarding deliverable fidelity, our team will schedule a direct review call to resolve discrepancies and ensure the final product meets the signed specification.
