By accessing neximostudios.com or commissioning digital production, development, branding, or AI solutions from Neximo Studios, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Neximo Studios provides web application development, UI/UX architecture, brand identity systems, motion graphics, and AI automation on a project-scoped or monthly retainer basis. Specific deliverables, technical specifications, and milestones are documented in a project agreement or signed statement of work before engineering commences.
2. Payment & Retainers
- Project engagements generally require an initial commitment deposit (typically 50%) prior to project kickoff, with remaining balance tied to milestone completions or final handover.
- Ongoing marketing retainers and dedicated engineering maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
- All invoices must be settled via the designated corporate banking channels or secure online payment providers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon complete payment of all project fees, full intellectual property and ownership of custom deliverables (source code, custom design tokens, final video exports) transfer directly to the client.
- Neximo Studios retains the right to feature completed public work and metrics in its portfolio, case studies, and studio reels unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to engagement.
4. Revisions & Scope Boundaries
Every package includes dedicated revision cycles specified during onboarding to ensure exact alignment. Additional features or scope expansions requested beyond the agreed brief are quoted as incremental milestone adjustments.
5. Limitation of Liability
Neximo Studios executes all digital deliverables to international industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific third-party business revenue outcomes, search engine algorithmic rankings, or advertising platform fluctuations as these factors depend on external market dynamics.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Pakistan, aligning with our operational hubs.
