Why VizaFiz Never Books Appointments or Solves Captchas

Some visa "bots" promise automatic booking and captcha solving. VizaFiz deliberately does neither. Here is why, and how to protect yourself from paid-appointment scams.

Search for visa appointment help in Pakistan and you will find videos and sellers promising "auto booking" and "auto captcha solving". VizaFiz, the visa alert product built by Neximo Studios, was designed to do the opposite: it only watches and alerts. This article explains why, and what that means for you as an applicant.

What VizaFiz does

VizaFiz watches an official visa portal page that you have opened and signed in to yourself, and sends you a Telegram or email alert when something changes. You then verify and book on the official portal. That is all. You can see the full process on the VizaFiz how it works page.

Why it never books for you

  • Your account stays yours. Automated booking tools often need your login details or act inside your account in ways the portal does not allow. If the portal notices, your account or application can be blocked.
  • It is fair to everyone waiting. Appointment slots are limited. Tools that grab them automatically push genuine applicants further down the queue.
  • The official portal is the only source of truth. Only the embassy or visa centre can confirm an appointment. VizaFiz treats every alert as "possible availability" and sends you to check.

Why it never solves captchas

Captchas and one-time passwords exist to make sure a real person is present. Getting around them breaks the portal's rules. When VizaFiz meets a captcha, an OTP or a block, the app pauses and you complete it yourself. VizaFiz states clearly that it does not bypass or solve captchas for anyone.

Why it reads so little

The VizaFiz app reads only short page text, such as headings and status words. It does not read form values, passport details or documents. Details are in How VizaFiz keeps your visa data private.

Protect yourself from appointment scams

  • Visa appointments are free on official portals. Do not pay anyone for an "appointment".
  • Never share your portal password with an agent or a tool.
  • Be careful with anyone promising a guaranteed slot or a guaranteed visa.
  • Check that any service says clearly it is not affiliated with the embassy, VFS Global, BLS/Intiana or CGI. VizaFiz states this on its disclaimer page.

The bigger lesson for software

Building VizaFiz this way took more care than building a booking bot would have. But trust is the product. The same principle guides the software we build for clients at Neximo Studios: clear rules about what the software must never do, minimum data collected, and honest messages to users. If you are planning a product, read how to build a software product with a Pakistani software house or see the VizaFiz case study.
